Beth de Loiselle was was Born in Hoopersville, Maryland in 1983. She is the first in her family to pursue an art career.  In 2001 Beth was awarded the Timothy Dill scholarship allowing her to study at the Schuler School of Fine Arts. In 2005 she graduated from the Schuler School in which she has learned the techniques of the Old Masters in oil painting, drawing, sculpture, and watercolor. She is also proficient in the art of scratchboard and now specializes in animal portraits and floral paintings.  Along with teaching privately Beth is currently teaching at the Schuler School of Fine Arts,  Mitchell School of Fine Arts and is taking private commissions. She has also conducted numerous workshops in Scratchboard, Floral, and Animal Portraiture. Beth has received national and international awards, and has exhibited paintings in New York, Paris, and London. She is currently represented by the Marine Arts Gallery in Peabody Essex Massachusetts and by the Schuler School Gallery in Baltimore.
